Contact Cleaning Technology
The contact cleaning technology offerd by KSM Superclean is normally performed before critical manufacturing operations, by KSM Superclean Superblue elastomer rollers, which lift dry, unattached contamination from the base material and transfer the contamination to a specially formulated adhesive roll, where it is trapped for final removal from the critical process area.
Where necessary static neutralization systems can be fitted, to ensure that immediate recontamination from statically attracted particles does not occur.
