Elastomer Tacky Rollers
ksmsuperblue elastomer rollers are based on the original 'blue' roller formulation developed and refined over 20 years. Moulded from inorganic polymers, these synthetic rubbers utilise a sustainable, high molecular structure. Being a chemically stable, inert material, they will not crack or age harden like other rollers. The surface texture is harmonised to develop surface energy characteristics maximising loose particle pick up.
We are able to supply Blue Elastomer Rollers (Tacky Rollers) to fit most manufacturers machines in a shore hardness to suit the material being cleaned. Please let us have a drawing or fill in the dimensions on our pro-forma drawing page here.
We can also take your worn out roller and have these re-coated, saving you money by re-using the steel shafts.
